sick with the flu

I have not been able to move or breath without pain since late Saturday night for this reason I have not been blogging much or running.  I have not run in 3 days and when I tried to running today I had a sharp ripping pain in my chest and lungs and decided to call  it a day.  I was informed today that one my indigent clients has been hospitalized with H1N1 and I fear I may have fallen prey to the dreaded swine flu.
